“I’m grateful for being able to spend time with my daughter albeit stressful, I cherish the time that she would usually be at school/daycare and me at the office all day.”                                                                                                                                            
“Challenges such as Covid and 2020 in general really make me pause and feel appreciation for my family. Even when we’re not always good at expressing that. Maybe I need to start telling them more how I feel and how grateful I am for them. Thank you for asking the question and suggesting a gratitude practice. I don’t do this regularly but would really like to.”

What are you grateful for today?

Take a couple minutes out of your day to create/reinforce the habit of gratitude. Even and especially if it's a hard day. Where can you notice something beautiful or meaningful? Who can you thank? What might be a lesson or blessing in disguise? Take a deep breath. Become present and choose gratitude. ♥
